I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in play therapy and mental health counseling for children, adolescents, and young adults and founder of Spring Counseling, PLLC. With over fifteen years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of supporting kids and families navigating anxiety, sensitive nervous systems, autism, ADHD, OCD, giftedness/twice-exceptional learners, perfectionism, and more.​ My approach is strength-based, child-led, and grounded in authenticity and connection. My office is a warm, welcoming space where kids are encouraged to be fully themselves.

I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. I became fully licensed in 2014 (TX License #71672) and have been a board-approved supervisor since 2020, offering weekly LPC and RPT supervision to newly and provisionally licensed therapists.

Before returning to Texas to open my practice, I worked as a school-based therapist providing play therapy to elementary students, and as a therapist at a residential treatment center for teens in Denver, Colorado. Today, I love supporting clients ages 4 and up as they build confidence, emotional intelligence, and lifelong coping tools.

Outside of the therapy room, I’m also a mom of two and know firsthand both the challenges and joys of parenting.
